Cast to TV+ Chromecast Roku TV

completely broken, does not work at all. been using this app for years. upgraded to premium awhile ago and i've never experienced any issues. a couple of days ago the app just stopped working. it doesn't matter if i'm streaming from a website or a local file, it either doesn't play at all, or plays the fist 5 seconds before buffering and looping the same bit. app does the same thing on my tablet, so i know it's not a problem with my phone. reset my internet & tv, even reinstalled the app.

Absolutely a 10/10 app. Usually, casting apps work but don't include the sound, forcing me to use earbuds, but this definitely works! It's a little hard to navigate, but it's nothing too hard to do. All you need to do is press the casting button, connect it to your Roku TV, and then it basically works. (The app needs to be open on both devices in order to work!) There was another app, but forced you to buy premium after two casts. (Promising 3 casts, kicking me out of the app after 2 casts.)

Decent app. Would prefer if only had file access while in use. But it either gets access or not. Also would like to see "Aloha find" as search engine option. Recently stopped auto playing next video on playlist, so need to go in app after each video to hit next. Also keeps deleted videos in its lists which obviously won't play. edit 12/13/24. selecting multiple videos or audio files with a long tap would be nice when making playlists.

This is by far the best app I have ever found for casting. It instantly found my Roku TV and seamlessly connected. Playing files was super easy. One thing that feels like magic is the fact that when you cast media from the browser, you aren't casting the whole webpage, you are casting the media stream. This means no ads and also you can control it with your TV remote for pausing, fast forwarding, rewinding. I just want to say thank you for making the BEST casting app on the playstore

I was having problems casting anything to my Roku TV from my VLC player, or any media for that matter. This was so aggravating considering my last device would just cast at the press of a button. This app does exactly what it says, it allows you to cast any media files you have in storage to your Roku device, it has IPTV services, and you can cast any media from thier built-in web browser. It even automatically finds subtitles for vast majority of my movies. It's a life saver! Thank you.

Awesome app! Many advance features are included, if not all of them., 100% free. You don't have to sign up for their account to use it. The built-in pop-up blocker it works beautifully and just keep clicking and it keeps blocking them. Don't change anything Castify! Idk why English subtitles are not always uploaded by default but they are there most of the time. Please develop a version for Windows and Mac OS plz! A++++

complete transparency, for this to be as helpful as possible, I typically don't pay for anything, I just "steal" it instead. the buffering speed is crazy slow sometimesvand that's unfortunate, but I don't know that I can directly blame the app for this fault. The interface and capabilities are everything that you would need for an app like this, and you can buy pro as low as one dollar. The return on investment was worth paying for it even knowing I could steal it free. I paid out of principle.

I can't get it to open my movie. My Roku says it's connected, but when trying to open it on TV by clicking on the lil TV square thingy on the top right corner, it just goes in a circle to scan, not find anything, restart or check connection, Roku, etc etc... meanwhile, the TV shows a scan code thingy to go to app store to get the app. I already have it! I already logged in my email to see if could get to it that way. No. Hope you detox these. Thanks!

I never rate apps even when they are extremely functional. But this app here surpasses the normal functionality of anything else in my arsenal. I am able to cast my screen to roku devices and roku TVs, as well as casting videos to Apple TV devices. It does require a bit of playing around to get the UI down. You also have to know the good sites to get content from as well as how to block ads. But, after I got it setup with Firefox I am running smooth as criminal. TRY IT.

For Android users connecting to a Amazon Fire Stick: It took sometime adjusting to the configuration of how it works. If you are watching an movie or show on your mobile device and want to mirror or stream it to a fire stick, the video will float open on your phone screen and you have to pause the floating and not close it out. You will have to restart your sync from the beginning. The controls for the movie/show for pause/play,rewind/FF are at the bottom of the screen on your phone screen.
