Pi Video Player - Media Player

This may be an entry-level app. But I must say the player did a good job playing a video on seamless repeat, a feature that MX Player and XPlayer failed to deliver. This is the only app that does it smoothly. Good luck on development, keep up the good work. My suggestion is allow an option to hide the 2nd tab (VIDEOS) because it's just distracting. Also, whenever I have a new video, please show a "new" tag displayed on folder similar to how MX Player does it. Thanks!

Overall, it's good but needs some improvements . 1. Audio mode or headphone mode needs to be added. 2. Play list mode for students who download whole playlists from the Internet and want to play one by one . Some time they forget from they have left or how many videos they have watched to date. 3. Timer to end video. There are so many improvements you can do .

Terrible functioning: worst of all is the not scanning for added video files (supported) and there isn't even and option to perform a scan manually. Clearing the app's cache doesn't help as it still doesn't scan any new files. Secondly, there is no way to define default subtitles, for each video one has to repeatedly select the subtitle. Lastly, the general IU is weak and poorly constructed.

I wanted to rate this as 5 stars as this app is the only app I can find that can play skip and back video files on my android head unit either on internal disk or udisk that can be performed using my steering wheel control. For whatever reason, non of the other video players could do that at all. It is quite unbelievable that non of the other players didn't even think to add this function to their players as 3rd party android head unit is getting more and more popular.

The music player I've been using of 10 years or more now and that's because it simple, beauiful looking player that does everything you want in a straight forward way! The Video player is simular and the quality of player is as good as any out there! No fuss, select and hit the player button and off you go. A very good app!

This app is good but it doesn't have what I want and what I want is subtitles

For clean UI experience....already fan of pi music player....only thing is that there is no option to change track if movie is in multiple languages.....i hope to get this clean UI with necesarry improvements in next uodate... Still the issue is not addressed and also observerd that the volume level is also low in spite of 100% volume....not able to listen....need improvement

Works good but could use some improvements were the album art is concerned. Needs to be able to update it via the web. Your app may turn out to be the best yet !!! When improving the app make sure you don't make it worse like some others have done. Still I like it. Hope to like it even more. Next time I hope to give it 5 stars.

I discovered this app through the Pi Music Player and because of this I held it to a very high standard. What I like about this Video player is that it runs smoothly and played every video format I threw at it. The app is set out in a simple way which made for easy use. If this app is anything like Pi Music player, I have high hopes that we will see more ways to personalise it and make it your own. Something you can feel like it belongs on your device. This app is worth keeping an eye on.

Videos that can be played have no issues. Brought to attention of this app from pi music. Can't give it 4 n above score since it doesn't support all format as per claim. Unable to play mkv format videos. Given the number of years the app has been in the market would like to see format expansion and improvement since pi music is an amazing app and would like to see the same for this app as well.
