Cartoon Photo PRO

I bought a no ad version of this app about 6 years ago I loved it and used it on about 80 percent of my photos. Around December 2022 my memory was running low (I don't know whether or not this is relevant) but as I turned on my phone the app icon faded out and changed to a very different icon. It was the cheesy man that is now the new app icon. When I used the features that I was very familiar with they had drastically changed to a much cheaper version. The pictures, features and quality poor.

At first glance, it seems like this app will only edit photos images on the phone, but once you have selected a local image and gotten to the editing screen, there is a gallery button that lets you use Google Photos (presuming you have it installed) to select from your backed up cloud images as well - and on some devices, you can edit it, on others the app then crashes. You can also apply the effects in real time to what your camera is seeing. Good goofy fun.

This is without a doubt the most amazing and effectively brilliant app for editing my type of art that I have ever used! The number, and types, of filters, and how they affect my work, is nothing short of outstanding! Not only do these filters creatively improve my work, but retain their quality when printing as well! For $2.99 (to get the pro version) the accessibility of all the features and how easy it is to use and creatively manipulate is awesome. It works on photos AND video! I LOVE it!!!

It worked great. Have some videos I did. Looked great. Have not used in awhile. Now I get an error and it won't save the video. Also pictures I do now, they worked, but now I everything on the screen, including apps and header. Did pay much but did pay for the pro version. I also get ads on the video screen now.

Great app and $2 for the pro version is worth it. I wish it had more settings to adjust some of the filters (need really bright photos for a couple filters). Also for the video portion I wish it had a preview option to preview the vid instead of record when selecting from gallery. But overall its an ok app.

Being a complete novice,at camera apps, I was looking for something easy to use. I found it. This is so simple,even a dummy like me can use it. It's so well thought out and the results are just brilliant. Great for pics and videos, alike. No ads or in app sales. This app delivers what it promises. Very cheap,for what you get. To say ,I'm happy is an understatement.....Hope they're going to bring out a blending app, that's as good as this. I'll be their first customer.

So far? This is one of the best such apps and the price for what you get is incredible. I have nothing bad to say. Even the free version is fabulous. what lifts it above the crowd, though, is the video feature which is unbelievable at the price. I have had no issues and if my experience is typical you can use it with confidence. Please never "improve" this app, it's already perfect.

[EDIT] Nice & Excellent APP. Still one of the best of Cartoon Photo Apps. What makes it great, it supports both still image cartoon maker and live video cartoon maker that fun to play with. Pretty good job! I bought the full ad-free version on 2016, and still satisfied by far without any problem, even after Android upgrades. • May the only drawback is it has no built-in image/video browser. 5★ if it does exist. [EDIT] • Many similar Apps out there. But this may the best one. Thank you, Dev! 🍷😊

Can we PLEASE get a new upsdate that will bring more better options?The app is good but the Oil Paint filter only shows up for photos it doesnt always show up at all for videos&gifs or at times even load the different colors options when applyed to videos&gifs either other then that Im glad I have this app cant wait for more effect options like maybe a nice thermal effect would be cool & a couple of times the app all of the sudden just stops when I try to use it for any reason🥺PLS fix the app?!

I'm tentatively giving 4 stars... I just tried and uninstalled 5 other apps in less than 20 minutes. Just looking for an app to cut a bit of my workload (drawing), getting a basic line drawing to go from. I just tried this *super quick test* and I said, "Thank F*ing god," and spent the VERY REASONABLE (especially these days) $2 to see the other features. If it goes well I'll up my 4 to 5! I'm tempted to do so now based just on the comparison. Thank you and 10☆ for ending my nightmare test run!🤘
