Review updated 11/2024 I take lots of pictures & use them for my students. Spent a lot of money over the years. There was a mistake on my last order, & cust. service kept telling me that to reprint the order on matte instead of glossy paper was "impossible," offering a refund instead. Lots of my time, several emails, AND a bad review here, and suddenly, what I was asking wasn't impossible anymore. I got a replacement order, & will stay with FreePrints. I won't go through that again, though.

I was extremely excited to use free prints, and while looking at all the great reviews I decided to give it a try. My order never came. All the updates from tracking showed that it should arrive soon and never did. I ended up having to do reprints. That process was easy, but I'm very disappointed so far. Hopefully I'll actually get my order this time around. UPDATE: I got my photos, and they are absolutely amazing! They are so clear and even better looking than I imagined.

I love the free prints app. I have all of the free print apps. the prices are great and you get discounts on a lot of stuff... I have orders from free prints like 6 times already the pictures always come in good and they let you know when you are looking at your pictures if it's gunna be clear or fuzzy and it's amazing that way your not wasting your money on fuzzy pictures. all your do is pay shipping and handling and money is never over $8 if you get the free 80 prints a month.

Have been using this app for years and have nothing but good things to say. I recommend everyone to use it! The picture prints quality is great, they arrive in a timely manner, and they have never misprinted. Always double check that they are cropped and the borders are where you want them, because they will cut off a face of it's not in the frame correctly, but that's it. I love the free photos every month and the shipping price is cheaper than ordering anywhere else!

I was amazed at how much better my pictures were than what I expected, they are beautiful! I also had a book made with about 30 pictures and it is drop dead beautiful! I am actually going to use my photo albums to start a library of books. it will be so much better than looking at them on my phone. They can also be passed down.. Use the apps, save money, and make wonderful memories!

Conveniently had a "system error" after I applied a promo code to get full order/shipping free from tmobile, it then refreshed the app and when I attempted to apply the code after going through the annoyance of selecting and cropping my photo order again I get the message "code cannot be applied". Wow. Thanks for that. App was latest version, I had both strong wifi and data available, so the glitch was extra frustrating.

Got app to make use of T-mobile perk. App freezes my phone as soon as it loads. I have to manually shut down and restart my phone to get the app to close once it has frozen the open screen. There is no working links and no way to navigate away. Looks like I'm jacked from getting my free 4x6s, 5x7s, and included shipping. Gee, great app. Hardcore bummer.

I have to many pictures on my phone, so I was shopping around for the best prints with the best price online and local places and this app. Freeprints was the one I really liked for their quality and cropping, which I get to edit my pictures before completing my order. They also have other items you can buy. I only had to pay for the shipping. They were mailed in less than a week. I been using them now for a couple of months and if you invite friends you'll get more prints each month for free!!

i didn't have high expectations but i was honestly super impressed. the pictures have better color than the ones i get from cvs sometimes in my opinion and i enjoy that i was able to get locations and dates on the back for a small fee. it had no tracking but arrived when they said. the non 4x6 pictures aren't free of course but you do get a lot of free 4x6 per month and the other sizes are very affordable too. super happy and will continue to use this service.

App is broken can't even use it, when you open the app a popup, pops up and from there you can't do anything. Had to restart my phone to even get out of the app, the app use to work and be great but IDK why it doesn't anymore. I have the updated version, and it seems Im not the only one with this issue so maybe you guys should try to fix it instead of just telling everyone to update the app.
