I'm glad I paid for a lifetime subscription for this app only for you to remove the most useful features. The app is useless and garbage now! I should have been smart and not updated it is there any way to revert back to the original version that I paid for? Talk about a ridiculous bait and switch! You took away the face swap feature and the morph feature. Absolutely ridiculous! The other features are worthless. I love the canned response from the developer. Complete waste of $40 back in 2018.

Is practically useless without the face swap feature. All the other options you can get through other photo editing apps and those apps do a better job too. I had pro for two years of this app only to support the face swap feature. They did away with it for good. There is nothing to set it apart from the others now

What's a total SCAM! I've paid pro 3 times in less than a year. I've had FACEAPP pro since this app came out. I even have my emails when it was a "one time purchase" They couldn't fix it the 1st time, so I had to purchase it a 2nd time. Now, with the same phone, because the app needed an update, it's saying I no longer have pro even though they took my money in November. They are now expecting me to pay for pro for a 4th time. Avoid this scam at all costs!!!

Don't spend money on this app, they have eliminated the best option by far, the face swap, so there's nothing special about it. Paid for the pro sub to ensure I had the face swap option. They've taken that option away, so I'm canceling my subscription ASAP. Your own phone editor can do a better job. Gender swap, but no face swap, really? And thanks in advance for the canned response that you're giving to dozens of other subscribers, it really means a lot. Such a shame.

It's fun to use and the results are very impressive. It's not perfect; profiles don't work well, it doesn't match skin color or lighting, and it has a tendency to mung clothing when transforming the face... but when it's good, it's amazing. Update: they removed the face swap function, which I use a lot. Many have objected to its removal, but the maker blows off such comments with vague references to team objectives and the like. I am very disappointed. Just what *is* your "development concept"?

The app was better when face-swapping was available. Wish they'd bring it back. Harder to do some makeovers now. There is a "Paint" option to paint on color, but the color selected doesn't always match the color that comes out. Easy to give someone bright green eyes or bright blue eyes, but not possible to give someone nice dark brown eyes. All the dark colors come out significantly lighter. Black comes out as a light gray. Fix this.

I paid for the lifetime subscription several years ago . Suddenly after a recent update, I have been downgraded and no longer have access to almost any features. I would like my professional lifetime subscription reinstated immediately. This is a significant "error," amounting to a crime, if done with intent. Clearly, it has been perpetrated against the other lifetime subscribers as well who have reviewed. I am looking forward to a prompt RESOLUTION. Thank you.

I used to LOVE this app, but since the last update it's been horrible. The face swap thing is no longer there, and some of the features are just different than they used to be like the long hair app used to be beautiful and now it gets other people in it and looks like two people have my same hair. It also only does what's within a certain block so if you have long hair and you want it colored it only colors so much of it. I'm cancelling my subscription as I have no use for it anymore.

I usually love this app, but I have one massive complaint! When using it, the app will sometimes stop letting you use it entirely. They limit your usage even if you have a payed for subscription!! I'm currently trying to edit a Facebook photo to make the hair appear less blurred and more detailed, and I have been stopped from further editing any photos. The app should not be allowed to limit the usage for paying customers! 2 stars.

I checked out the trial for face swapping, then I ended up letting it turn into a year subscription on accident. One week after I paid a ridiculous amount for a years access, they took away the face swapping feature. So, I didn't get what I paid for and they refused to refund. I have used the app for a total of about 15-minutes. Total scam.
